The Director, Mr Michael Phillips has had an extensive career in groundworks and civil engineering at all levels from groundworker to Project Manager, working for clients such as Severn Trent Water and Highways England, and many domestic clients on residential properties. With this foundation, M D Phillips Civil Engineering Ltd is able to deliver even the smallest project to the highest level of quality.
